I enjoyed the restaurant Webers attached to the hotel, how low the bed was to the ground, and the streaming services being available on the TV in the room.

Centrally located. Whitin waking distance to the Chicago river, Magnificent Mile- the famous and posh shopping street- and surrounded by nice restaurants and shops. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.

Suspicious room service at 10 PM. Housekeeping entered without identifying himself and entered the room while my wife was sleeping. He terrified my wife, who screamed bloody murder and shouted for him to leave the room immediately. I was with my children in a room down the hall. I rushed down the hall when I heard her frantice voice on my phone. She was shaking and crying because a man was at her bedside while she slept. She sincerely believed her life was at stake. We informed the hotel manager and he said they were going to investigate the incident. My wife called several times and they said they were still investigating, and to this day no word or formal email. Housekeeping has no business entering an occupied room that late at night. We will not be staying here again, nor would I recommend this hotel. My wife still has nightmares about this incident. A housekeeping male said he was delivering towels we had requested. The towels had already been delivered to me personally the same day but at 4 or 5 pm. We didn't request more towels after the ones that were delivered before 10pm.
